The car was pretty new and I did not have any issues. But the Lady at the counter was not so nice.

Satisfied overall. Although the front desk is quite average, the location is very easy to find.

They ask about the number of passengers and the approximate distance to be driven.

The wait time for picking up the car was a bit long.

The staff from AVIS was rude when I rented the car. My contract included a GPS, but they didn’t provide it proactively. They also gave me a car with some minor issues. Thankfully, as an experienced renter, I could handle it. However, newcomers might not receive good service.
