The car was pretty new and I did not have any issues. But the Lady at the counter was not so nice.

They overcharged us, and at the end, we had to pay over $190 more. I advise everyone not to rent a car near the airport. Take a cab and rent a car somewhere else.

Dissatisfied 1) Waited for a long time at the store, at least an hour of queuing and waiting to get the car (due to insufficient staff on site as I was told); almost late for my meeting. 2) Originally booked a Ford FOCUS for 324 RMB per day, but was told no similar cars were available; the closest was a DODGE at 110 USD per day, which is a huge difference. What’s the point of allowing customers to select models during booking if this is how orders are managed?

On August 6th, we arrived at Bozeman Airport from Miami to pick up a car from the AVIS store. The clerk informed us that the originally reserved mid-size car was unavailable, so they gave us a smaller Kia and refunded over $100 for the price difference. However, after completing the paperwork and taking the keys to the parking lot, we were shocked to find a Kia Soul, whose trunk couldn't even fit a 28-inch suitcase. We returned to the store to negotiate with the clerk again. After waiting for nearly an hour, we finally got a Chevrolet similar to a Malibu.
