Very satisfied

The car had only run over 12,000 kilometers and was in very good condition. The staff were very patient and helped us save money. Initially, we were going to use one card, but the staff suggested we rent two cars using two cards to avoid paying an extra 10 yuan per day for an additional driver. Returning the car was also simple.

The car was new and in good condition, it could of been washed more thoroughly, over all the service was good, price was reasonable

Counter takes too long for line up. It wasn’t the car I picked and the guy didn’t not tell me until I went pick up the car.
