Very satisfied with the whole experience.

The car rental counter staff provided detailed explanations of all services without any forced sales. They were also patient in translating and explaining the policies for us.

To be honest, before booking, I compared several rental companies, including location, price, car models, reviews, etc. Finally, I chose this one. Seven words: Wise choice, no regrets. By the way, Google Maps is really awful... Using Gaode Map made everything smooth...

Very satisfied. The car was new, only driven 10,000 kilometers. I forgot to bring the notarized copy of my driver's license when picking up the car, but the staff let us take a photo and send it via email. They were very patient. They explained the insurance, but I mentioned that I had already purchased it in my home country, so they didn't push for it further. We added a second driver, which cost an additional 7 euros per day, but crossing borders didn't incur extra fees. We didn't wash the car before returning it, and it was a bit dirty, but they didn't charge a cleaning fee. The inspection was very quick. Another car in our group had a minor accident, and we received the damage report via email within a day, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
