The car was good, and the pickup process went smoothly. The staff were polite. Due to changes in my itinerary, I had to change the drop-off location, and the fee was reasonable at 80 euros. Overall, a very good experience. Reminder: Traveling from Switzerland to Italy on Fridays may result in traffic jams, so plan your time accordingly.
The staff had a great attitude, and they only informed us about the insurance without any hard selling. Also, they didn't charge a high deposit. Perhaps because the company is relatively small, there weren’t many cars available. We booked a Volkswagen T-Cross but ended up with a SEAT car under the Volkswagen brand, which had over 40,000 kilometers on it. There was a steep parking garage that the car almost couldn't climb.
Very easy to locate. First of all, the airport is not large, and just outside the door in the nearby building is the car rental hall with several brands clearly marked. The staff were very welcoming. Having been to Europe several times, I must say the young lady who assisted us this time was genuinely very nice. After completing the paperwork, the parking lot is directly in the building's upper level. The person assisting in the parking lot was also a young lady, which is not common in my many car rental experiences in Europe—it’s usually older men or women. The local Italian young people provide good service. We weren’t too keen on the car they initially offered, but they allowed us to choose another car of the same class on the spot. The car’s condition was excellent.
Very convenient. The process of picking up and returning the car was seamless. The originally booked model was unavailable, so it was replaced with another car, which was in great condition and very comfortable to drive.
The service was decent, although they did try to upsell. Communication might be a bit challenging due to language barriers. They added a 30-euro towing insurance during the process, but after reviewing the payment records and communicating in time, it was refunded. However, I was charged 25 euros about ten days later, supposedly for a violation.
