Good attitude, short waiting time

Amazing value, easy booking process and really helpful staff made the whole process straight forward. Would recommend.

Pick up and drop off was extremely prompt and efficient. Photos were taken of the car and a quick check done on drop off. Previously with a different rental company at drop off they went over it in minute detail that gave the impression that any little tiny stone chip would result in a charge but ezu indicated that little stone chip on the front would be considered normal wear and tear so that was comforting to us after our prior experience. we would definately use them again.

I was happy with the service. There were marks on the car that were not not noted on rental agreement. Very excessive reference to pictures taken to check for damage. I had no way of knowing when picture taken as was not present.

The review process to confirm car returned in acceptable condition took longer than expected compared to other rental firms.

Couldn't believe the value for money, kept waiting for there to be a catch, but there wasn't any! Great car, great service, would definitely recommend!

Easy booking process, car was exactly as described and performed perfectly adequately. A genuine bargain.
