Easyrentcars were half the price of anyone else that weekend including Europcar I got the car from

The car was far below our expectations!! … and several issues during our rental significantly impacted our trip. Key concerns have listed above.

The staff handling the rental process were excellent and provided thoughtful service. However, the elderly man at the domestic airport reception had a poor attitude and has been complained about. Picking up and returning the car was convenient. It's better to rent from a major company.

As expected car was new, rental staff very friendly and efficient.

As the name says, easy to book, great choice and free cancellation up to the last minute. Highly recommend.

It was busy at the counter but staff were quick to try and sort people out. We paid for a sat nav as extra with them and it was pretty useless and we relied on our phone for maps the whole trip. otber than that all smooth.

Like: Got a 1.4lt turbo Golf automatic. A great little car, solid feel on the road and not bad economy.
Dislike: Nothing. Quite happy with the rental.
