Excellent experience

Jia Hua did not have the car I booked, but they upgraded me multiple times to a Toyota Hiace.

The experience with Hertz was terrible. Do not choose this company. The system is chaotic, and every employee seems clueless about their job. They overcharge without reason, the refund process takes forever, there's no way to file complaints, and nobody takes responsibility. The handover process is extremely disorganized. The car itself had some minor issues. Additionally, they didn't mention any problems when the car was returned, but few days later they claimed there were scratches for which I couldn’t prove the responsibility, and they charged my credit card without my consent. Their actions are extremely unacceptable. Complaining to the rental platform didn’t help at all, still no resolution. Very poor service.

The staff does not explain the charges in detail.

Very slow and extremely inefficient. There were only two people ahead of me in line, but it took over half an hour. The lady said they were too busy today. Let's see how this efficiency works in socialist China!
