Hertz was the busiest, but the staff were quick, diligent, and helpful. Very satisfied

They promised Chinese-speaking service, but there was none when I arrived at the store. Plus, there was only one person at the counter, and the line was very long. I had already chosen full insurance online, but the foreign staff kept insisting that I buy additional insurance in the store, which wasted a lot of time! Overall, not satisfied!

Picking up and returning the car was very quick and convenient. It would be great if a detailed return route was provided because I got lost near the airport due to unfamiliarity with the area.

Hertz rental company employees are professional and provide detailed explanations of vehicle conditions, New Zealand road conditions, driving precautions, and car insurance. Due to being a large company, there are many people picking up cars, resulting in longer waiting times. The vehicle condition is average, with several minor scratches on the exterior. Make sure to record and confirm these with rental company staff when picking up the car.

Since my flight arrived early, HERTZ promptly made preparations and helped complete all the formalities. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The staff had already installed the baby seat before I picked up the car. Overall, everything went smoothly.
