The line was too long and I was going to miss my flight

Overall, I am satisfied. They didn't push extra insurance. Initially booked a GPS, but later rented a WiFi device in China and downloaded Google Maps in advance, so I didn't need the GPS anymore. They refunded it directly when picking up the car. Returning the car was also very quick!

First time picking up a car at the airport, it was a bit inconvenient handling two kids and lots of luggage alone. Had to ask several people for help. The staff's attitude was just okay.

Nothing wrong with the booking platform, however, price drop protector did not work.

All went well. However Avis, as with all car hire companies, needs to speed up the check in process. Their computer system is extremely slow. Ridiculous slow. There was only one serving and by the time we were served the queue had grown from 0 to more than 7 and getting larger. Car could have been cleaner.

All seamed to work as planned.

Full size car (fusion) couldn’t fit 2 normal suitcases in luggage area as it was advertised as 3 cases at time of booking, so had to pay more to upgrade to larger SUV to my disappointment!!!
