Pretty good

Hertz truly lives up to its reputation as a leading car rental company. The service was excellent. We picked up the car at Uluru Airport, with the counter located right next to the baggage claim area in the terminal. Though there were multiple rental counters, the queue for Hertz was the longest. There were three staff members handling the rentals, and the process was quite fast. A handsome young man helped us with the paperwork, and within no time, we had signed the contract and received the keys. We were involved in an accident, so upon returning the car, we asked for an inspection. Coincidentally, it was the same guy who had assisted us during pickup. He inquired about the accident, took photos of the damaged areas, and upon learning that we had insurance, reassured us not to worry. He logged the damage in the system, and that was it.

Easy pickup and drop-off process

When picking up the car, we noticed a lot of scratches and dents that were not recorded on the check-in sheet. We asked the staff to note down four spots, but they missed one. When we returned the car at the airport, they insisted it was our fault and made us go to the counter for processing. We were in a rush to catch our flight, which made it extremely inconvenient. Such tricks!

Drove for half a month, the car was dirty and I was very concerned. Couldn't find a place to wash it, but returning the car was no problem at all. Took only five minutes to return it, awesome!
