Waited too long to pick up the car, over half an hour purely for the staff to verify the information without any communication. No staff accompanied during pickup, making it impossible to confirm any potential vehicle issues.

The company insisted on purchasing full insurance and had a poor attitude towards foreigners.

There were a lot of people in line. We arrived early to pick up the car, but the staff didn't inform us and said they would charge us an extra half-day fee. After explaining for a long time, they told us we must wait until the scheduled pickup time to get the car.

Low efficiency. Due to incorrect data from the rental company's customer service, the seven-seater car we booked turned into a five-seater. We waited forever for the car wash. We found out they gave us the wrong car after half an hour, then the staff contacted the rental company customer service to exchange it, and we had to wait another half hour. So frustrating!!!

The staff were quite friendly.
