There was only one person in line when picking up the car, so the process was quite fast. Initially, they gave me the wrong car, a Ford FLEX, which was also large but smaller than the Suburban. I estimated that the luggage space wouldn't be sufficient, so they changed it after I pointed it out. They strongly recommended the roadside assistance plan, which costs 7 CAD per day. I hadn't intended to buy it, but considering the mountain roads, I bought it for peace of mind. In the end, I didn't need to use it. When returning the car, I was charged a late fee. After disputing it, the fee was waived. Although I did return the car about ten minutes late, the staff had indicated that up to an hour would be fine, which is why I was a bit late. Next time, I'll make sure to return it on time. My agreement was to return the car with a full tank, but the gas station attendant didn't fill it completely, which wasn't really my fault as I had asked him to fill it up.
