Tried to pick up the car earlier, but couldn't reach anyone. Was told we couldn't pick up early and had to wait for the scheduled time. The pickup itself went smoothly.

The service was average. When customers encounter problems, the resolution speed by the relevant departments is very slow.

Drop off location at Inverness is difficult to find. Not enough signs or instructions to get there.

On arrival everything was done to dissuade us from getting the van. We were told the roads where narrow, at our destination the locals scratched cars because they did not like hikers and then offered two other cars for 2x and 3x the price. Oh and the price was presented to us always by subtracting the money we had already payed for the original booking. Everything was fine in the end.
