As expected - what I asked for. New vehicle with 4.4 miles but no manual.

Overall fine, but they added extra charges quietly during the pickup.

We booked a car and they advised they didn't have one available at the beginning as they had priority clients and that we needed to go to another location to pick up. After a long wait they found a car and we were set to go.

We booked at the last minute and got a great price and convenient place to pick up.

The service attitude was excellent, especially when I encountered a problem connecting to CarPlay. A young gentleman at the pickup location patiently helped me and, after discovering the issue was with my data cable, he even gave me a new one, which was a great help! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name in the rush, and I feel very sorry about that!

The person on the counter was extremely rude. He also advised us that we hadn’t booked premium insurance when we had, and we had paid for it. When I requested and showed him proof he just shrugged his shoulders and said there’s nothing he could do and that we weren’t covered unless we paid more money. Also we have been charged more than the receipt

Pretty good, quite convenient, but Hertz often doesn't provide the specific car you booked. They just give you whatever is available, and the staff checks the system upon your arrival to confirm.

I was fairly disappointed with Hertz upon return of the vehicle. They charged me for fuel although I had completely filled the tank prior to returning vehicle. I had to track down the manager of the gas station to get a receipt as proof of fuel purchase and threaten to call my credit card company before the almost $30 charge was removed. That’s fraud on their part and a waste of my time to fight it.

I was pleasantly surprised with this company. II had actually never heard of the company prior to booking this trip. They had the lowest price for my class of vehicle by $200. I was skeptical that the transaction will go through without some false charge on the backend. I am happy to report that, over 30 days later, the transaction went off without a problem.

Nice and neat car. Spacious for our luggage requirements. Relatively new vehicle. No queue at the pick up counter. The only downside is that the car pick up counter is located at the basement at a location away from the airport and hence it was inconvenient to reach there with so much luggage.

Qeeq.com is a customer friendly application. Your help desk is very efficient and is always available. I had a couple of queries that were promptly and fully answered.
