The rental location was a bit crowded, but the efficiency was fine.

There were additional hidden charges. When picking up the car, the agreement included insurance services, but the staff did not explain this. Three months after returning the car, my credit card was charged 1800 RMB. When I inquired, they said it was for the insurance that was supposedly included when I rented the car. This is infuriating. I had purchased all insurance through the rental platform, yet there were still hidden charges. Very disappointed, I will never book from this rental company again!

The counter staff member was very efficient and well trained but the offer of an insurance at "only" twenty pounds per day was frankly astonishing and insulting. This is a very unpleasant "rip-off" practice at car rental offices always but this price was exceptionally brazen.

I arrived an hour after the time indicated. The person at the counter told me I would need to wait an additional 30 mins, because I was late. This didn't make a huge amount of sense to me as they didn't appear to be busy... Also, she clearly had all my details already but insisted on typing them all into her own system again. The car was fine. Ok condition but smelled too strongly of air freshener.

Like: The ease of the booking and the car was amazing
Dislike: The queue at Gatwick was the only bad thing. The staff was working hard but there was only 2 of them. We waited over an hour and had just got off a 21 hour flight.
