Good vehicle condition and convenient pickup

We brought our 3-year-old, but when we arrived, we found that the baby seat was not reserved. The car rental company did their best to help us.

The service was quite ordinary. I had bought full insurance from Zuzuche, but when I arrived, they aggressively pushed for more insurance, which wasted a lot of time. After the insurance, they pushed for an e-tag. When the guy asked where we were going, we said Blue Mountains, and he told us not to buy it. It turned out we did incur toll costs, probably a navigation issue. They pushed for various things, including a GPS rental, which was annoying. The car they gave us was an old Nissan with several tens of thousands of kilometers on it and no features. It struggled on hills and consumed a lot of fuel. They pointed out a few damaged parts on the car before we left. The parking lot was full of Corollas when we arrived, which felt intentional. It's like they gave us a bad car because we didn’t buy anything extra. I recommend buying directly at the store to avoid headaches. A few days ago, I rented a Mercedes with full insurance from the official EU website and got a free upgrade. Think about it.

good car, no over charges. just a few toll charges, which is normal. i dont remember getting unwanted "Service charges"

Easy booking process with reasonable prices. Only down point is that you cannot change booking dates once booked, will have to cancel and then rebook again
