Overall, it was fairly satisfactory. The vehicle was quite old and couldn't start in the parking lot. Fortunately, I contacted customer service, and after waiting for 2 hours, the rescue team replaced the battery. Luckily, the trip wasn't delayed.

I initially thought it was a Ford Focus, but it turned out to be a Suzuki. The engine is extremely underpowered, probably a 1.5L. The driving experience was just barely acceptable, but in the UAE, it's tough to get around without a car due to the heat. Back to basics: having a means of transportation and air conditioning is all that matters.

As soon as you exit T1 airport, you can see Alamo along with two other companies, so the queue was a bit long. There were two staff members, and it took at least five minutes on average to serve each customer.

Very satisfied.
