Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

It was not clear where to find the shuttle for pick up at the airport. Better instructions on the confirmation email should be made.

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.
