Disconcerting when you get in the car and the display indicates mechanical work was due.

The vehicle's condition in other locations was slightly worse, not sure when the subsequent costs will be clarified.

The check in attendant was terrible. He was on his phone the whole time and did not even pay attention to my sign in. He often was too concerned with his phone while I was waiting for him to reply. The vehicle was dirty and disgusting and had a LOCK on the top speed of 70 MPH and Volume control. I called to get this removed and no one could help me.

Booked Chrysler Pacifica, got dodge caravan instead. The interior of the car was dirty and oil change indicator was on.

The pick-up and drop-off were as easy as could be. The staff member was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect.
