Queued for a long time, the car they gave me seemed biased by ethnicity. I got a Ford, smaller than what I reserved and not easy to handle. There was a Suburban parked in the lot but they wouldn't give it to a Chinese person. Do not use this company!

Took the company's shuttle in the rental car area. The process was simple, and returning the car was convenient by setting up the GPS. Free upgrade to an SUV.

The front desk staff were quite good, and the return staff also had a good attitude. However, the pickup staff seemed to have a noticeable bias against Chinese people, which affected the overall rating. It may be because the pickup time was quite late (16:00), there were very few cars to choose from, and the car's condition was not great.

I arrived quite late, but there was a free shuttle from the airport to the rental office. The queue was reasonably fast, and the staff was quite friendly. They tried to sell me an upgrade and extra insurance, but I declined. There were two staff members at the car lot who let me choose my vehicle. By the time I got there, only a Sonata and a Charger were left. I quickly chose the Charger (the new model Charger is really cool!). I'm glad I didn't go for the convertible, as it rained nearly every day after I arrived.
