On the second floor, no need to queue. Rented twice, and the cars were very new (under 10,000 miles). Prices are reasonable. Note that if you exceed one hour, it seems they charge for a full day. Make sure to allocate enough time when renting.

The front desk staff upgrade my reservation to bigger car and they told me the car is Ford Explorer or Nissan pathfinders but when I went outside the lady she gave me small SUV.

Like: At first, my heart sank a bit when they said they didn't have the SUV size I had reserved. Was quite please when they told me they had upgraded me to the a Suburban with dark-tinted windows. Felt like I was driving around in a Presidential Security Detail.
Dislike: National personnel weren't where I expected to find them, but other rental agents pointed-out where I should go.
