You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. スタッフはフレンドリーで事務手続きも早く、ストレスを感じませんでした。車内清掃はしっかり行われていない印象でしたが、比較的新しいサンルーフ付きのSUVで、機械的な不備は一切ありませんでした。嫌な臭いはなく、エアコンもしっかり効いたので、全体的に満足です。

車両検索から予約までとても簡単でスムーズでした。リマインダーのメールの頻度やタイミング、価格が下がった際の保証サービスまで含め、とても良いシステムだと思いました。また利用したいです。

ホノルルのアラモではワイキキから向かうと逆車線に入る必要があるので、返却がやや大変。日本人スタッフもいたが、保険については断っても勧められた。返却は車をぐるっと確認にしてガソリンをチェックするだけで終わり。車内は汚かったが問題にならなかった。
