I clearly rented an automatic car, but was told there were none available. I had to pay significantly more to rent an automatic car, which felt very unfair.

Extremely dissatisfied. This rental was a disaster because my lack of understanding of local UK regulations led to the vehicle being towed by local authorities. However, Rentacar company's response was slow. It took them 10 days to retrieve the vehicle from the authorities, causing significant inconvenience and incurring almost 1000 pounds in costs during my stay in the UK. When asked why it took Hertz 10 days to get the vehicle back, they never gave a direct answer, instead offering unconvincing excuses. In summary, very disappointed. Your company did not look after the customer's interest. Poor service.
