The service attitude was really good, very attentive in providing various information, answering all questions, and the car pickup was very fast.

There were four adults and five suitcases. Initially, we booked a Mercedes C-Class wagon, but Europcar provided an Audi A4 wagon instead. We were concerned that the A4's trunk wouldn't fit all our luggage. After some persuasion from the staff, we decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Jaguar XF wagon. The staff were very polite and did not pressure us into upgrading. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the company's service this time.

The company is pretty good; the car models are relatively new. The car I got had only run a little over 10,000 km and was in great condition.
