They didn't provide the original car group. An additional $20 per day, excluding taxes, was required to get the original car group.

The service was very fast. We arrived early and waited for about half an hour to get the car. There were no additional charges.

I didn't buy extra insurance because the counter staff had a cold attitude and didn't say much. They just handed me the keys without showing me to the car. Fortunately, the staff at the rental company next door were very helpful. I initially just asked about daytime running lights, but they enthusiastically showed me how to use all the lights and where to open the trunk and refuel. When returning the car, the counter staff still had the same cold attitude, but the person who inspected the car provided excellent service.

After customs and baggage claim, follow the signs out of the airport (though Alamo was not indicated). The car pickup was handled by a lady at the front desk, and it was done in twenty minutes. The car was nice.

The Chevrolet Epica is quite good. We drove it daily in Vancouver and used only $20 worth of gas in three days. It's inconvenient without a car, but having one is quite nice. The only downside is that parking can be expensive.
