After paying the rental fee and a 385 AUD pre-authorization on my credit card, I received the car keys. When inspecting the car, the staff noted some small scratches, which I appreciated. During the return process, the staff instructed me to drop the keys in a box without an immediate inspection, which made me a bit anxious. I took photos of the fuel gauge and the car's exterior, but there were no problems. Thrifty later confirmed via email that there were no damages.
