The staff were friendly and ensured the paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently. The car pickup process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and performed well. Notably, the instructions for both pickup and drop-off were clear, saving a lot of time.

The entire rental process was seamless, from booking to pickup and finally drop-off, with every step well-organized. The vehicle interior was clean, the seats comfortable, and the driving experience excellent. Additionally, the extra services provided by the store, such as GPS and child seats, were very practical, adding convenience to the trip.

Compared to other car rental companies, the car pickup process was smoother. However, upon arrival, no one informed me about the need to take a number for the queue. I waited for a long time until a fellow passenger reminded me to get a ticket. Even after taking the ticket, a couple from the Middle East cut in line. The entire waiting process took nearly an hour.

Very straightforward, no promotion of additional insurance or anything.

It was rush hour when picking up the car, took one and a half hours to get it. They had issues recognizing my driving license, had to explain for a long time before they agreed to rent it to me.
