Brand new vehicle in excellent condition, great service attitude, thanks to Europcar.

I booked an Audi A3 but was given a VW T-Cross instead. The car's condition was mediocre, and the chassis started shaking at a speed of 100 km/h.

Very satisfied, convenient, and fast, no different from domestic services. The store is not far from the underground parking area, just a few minutes walk, and an elevator ride away. They didn’t have the Volkswagen T-Roc I reserved but gave me a Skoda with over 3,000 kilometers, not sure of the model, but it was very new. It had a rear view camera, radar, navigation, everything you could need. I felt it was better than the car I reserved. The power was also very good, and the key point is the fuel consumption is really low, averaging five liters per 100 kilometers.

Although I tried to pick up the car early, the child seat wasn't suitable, and I had to wait over two hours.
