Well attended by the staff name Paul Prussner and the car provided was new.

Chaotic organization, 90 minutes needed for return, inefficient shuttle, 4 person van instead of mini-bus. Almost missed my flight due to all of this. The good thing was I got upgrade from sedan to SUV, but the car was not clean, remnants of a For Sale sticker on the passenger window. Apperently the car was a recently purchased used car but it performed well.

We should have got a van, as one of our occupants had difficulty getting in and out. Age being a factor. Windshield wipers were not great. Did not handle well on a gravel road. A little clunky with the steering

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

Had a long wait for pickup from airport Was offered a car that had a cracked windscreen and still to be cleaned I refused that car I enquired about another car on the lot was told it was unavailable. Eventually got another vehicle sitting on the same lot!!!

Got a brand new Nissan Rogue as a free upgrade. Amazing Service.
