The car pickup was slow, only one person was processing, and there was no explanation when we switched cars.

Staff wasn't the friendliest upon pick up and the car mileage on the contract did not match the actual mileage. I would've been charged extra for going over the included miles if I didn't point that out. Car was dirty inside and out but I didn't really mìnd it. Car return went well.

We should have got a van, as one of our occupants had difficulty getting in and out. Age being a factor. Windshield wipers were not great. Did not handle well on a gravel road. A little clunky with the steering

All was fantastic EXCEPT the wait time to pick up the car. Waited in line for over an hour, although I had secured my rental and paid for it online. Routes should have a separate line for customers who make online arrangements before hand to avoid the excessive waiting among customers barely contracting....

Simple, easy, convenient and best deal offered.

Could not get a rental, after waiting in line for almost 1.5 to 2 hrs. Very disappointed. Just a waste of time.
