Picking up the car was quite convenient. Initially, I rented it for just two days, but later extended it for a week due to some matters. I made a call to extend the rental, but eventually had to visit a store to complete the process. Although the rented car was convenient, I initially booked a RAV4 equivalent but was given a gray Nissan X-Trail, which was ugly. I paid an extra 10 euros to get a Volvo XC60 instead. Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the detailed charges were confusing. I paid much more than I expected and was unclear if it was a deposit or something else.

The car was very new and clean, with only about 1900 kilometers on it. Although I had booked an Opel station wagon, they gave me a Hyundai instead. Be very careful at intersections; it's easy to take a wrong turn. Because my flight was delayed, I called in advance to explain the situation, which was fine. When I arrived at the rental point and mentioned my name, they immediately knew who I was, like they were saying, 'We've been waiting for you, you're finally here!' It felt nice.

The condition of the car was excellent, 12000km, the model was upgraded, but it wasn't a free upgrade - they did charge extra for the model upgrade. However, the fee wasn't very high and was acceptable. Returning the car was very smooth and the paperwork was simple. I just don't know when the deposit pre-authorization will be refunded!
