In case of an emergency, most employees at Germany's Enterprise do not speak English, especially at the accident center and return points. They do not explain car swaps or charges. Without a German-speaking friend, it is almost impossible to resolve issues.

This car rental company is great. Although the rental price is reasonable, adding insurance makes it somewhat expensive. However, the staff there are very good. Especially in Regensburg, where we returned the car! The guy there was on his first day at work, and he kindly drove us to the train station after we returned the car. If there’s a next time, I’ll definitely choose this company again.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.

The airport service was good, although it took a bit of time to find the counter.
