The GOLF I initially wanted to rent wasn’t available, so they gave me a Renault instead, which was relatively new. The rental process went smoothly; they just checked my translated driver's license. Returning the car was equally hassle-free, even though I was an hour late, they didn't mind, and I just handed over the car without any issues. Also, when renting the car, the staff might try to sell you full insurance, but don’t worry about it as the QEEQ confirmation clearly showed I already bought full insurance, so no need to purchase it again. I can recommend buying full insurance directly from QEEQ; it's not expensive. Fuel prices are high in Europe, and the car I rented was diesel, costing over 30 Euros for half a tank.
