A great car rental store located in the city center. The staff at the counter were very friendly, and this time they upgraded my car to an Audi Q5. Both the rental and return procedures were handled quickly. I will choose this rental store again next time I visit Montreal.

There was practically no line, and the car pickup process was very simple. Recommend paying in advance for better rates.

Very efficient. When asked for a driver's license, they mentioned that having a Canadian one was convenient. So there were no translation issues. All the contracts were displayed on the screen, and I just signed to agree. Found the car outside, the key was inside, and I got an inspection sheet as well. If there were no scratches, I didn't need to worry. At the exit gate, someone checked my documents and contract again.

Expensive one way fee. Extremely difficult to find car return place at YUL airport as there lacks information about the venue

Overall experience was good except one thing, they pick me from home but did not drop me to home after return of vehicle.
