Got a diesel car, great power and performance. The car was in excellent condition. There’s a daily mileage limit of 200 km, but it accumulates over multiple rental days, which is basically enough. One tank gets you around 600 km. Staff was patient and didn’t push any upsells. Returning the car was straightforward—same location for pickup and drop-off. You simply drop the key in the slot at the counter if the staff isn’t around. Super easy and convenient. Overall, an excellent experience. Thank you!

The staff are very professional, patient, and attentive. Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, and it's close to Mascot train station. As a large company, the service is very professional, and the process is quick. When returning a car to Budget, they ask if there were any collisions and if you've cleared your belongings from the vehicle. Once you've answered, simply hand over the key and you're done. You'll receive an email within twenty minutes.

Budget gave us a car upgrade from the Toyota Corolla to a Mitsubishi Outlander at no extra cost.

The Budget office is well signposted and easy to find as long as you follow instructions sent with your booking confirmation. There are no desks at terminal.
