Very satisfied, the staff was attentive!

On return of the car I received a report telling me that the car has new damage but this was already pre existing damage. I have sent photos to them showing the original damage last week but have still not had a reply or any further contact.

No staff available, couldn't pick up the car

The return process was a little unclear as I was asked to sign an electronic device but not told what I was signing for. Also still not seen if my deposit has been refunded. At pick up was advised of a massive excess if I didn't purchase further cover. I have annual cover so declined

Was just a little concerned that no deposit was required pre collection date. However all seemed ok

Like: car comfortable easy to drive, staff friendly and helpful
Dislike: aircon may need a re-gas as not very powerful
