The service from the company was very warm and attentive, although there were few staff who spoke fluent English, it did not affect our communication. On the day we picked up the car, we were upgraded to a Toyota Advance. The car was in excellent condition, very new, and had only driven over 10,000 kilometers. Driving it was very comfortable. Returning the car was easy and quick. I will rent from this company again!

Picking up the car at the counter at night was slightly slow, and a deposit was required, which they said would be refunded within two weeks. However, picking up and returning the car at the parking lot was very quick.

I wait for 3 hours to get the car. Counter staff was not helpful and make my experience with Europcar very bad. I forgot a very important Tablet during the drop off, went back within 30 minutes, but countr staff claimed that the has already been rented and nothing he could do for me.
