Great experience, they upgraded the vehicle for us. The car was very new and freshly cleaned before being handed over. It was a hybrid vehicle, which was very fuel-efficient. Compared to Avis in central Paris, this was much cheaper, and there was no queue.

The staff were quite efficient, but there was an issue with the insurance I had already purchased when placing the rental order. Avis couldn't find it in their system and asked me again if I needed to buy insurance. I repeatedly emphasized that I had already purchased it, but they claimed it was invalid. Eventually, I contacted customer service to communicate with them, and then they said they were not asking me to purchase again. I found this very confusing since they clearly told me they couldn't find the policy and even promoted the insurance prices for that day. Anyway, I didn't repurchase it in the end. Currently, my deposit hasn't been refunded yet, and I'm waiting for the process to be completed.
