Very satisfied

Arrived at the rental office around noon and completed the paperwork, but there were no cars in the parking lot. I was 10th in line and waited for over an hour, eventually getting a downgraded compact car. The staff said they would compensate with a full tank of gas. Considering California's high gas prices, it seemed fair enough, so I just took the car without making a fuss.

Renting and returning the car were very convenient, with simple procedures, especially the return process.

They charged $13/day for toll tag which is insane. if I refused this charge, they said they would charge $15 for every toll I passed or I need to drive on non toll roads through out my 10 day rental. I am deeply disappointed with this policy which costed me additional $130 which basically negated to cost savings I got from them and easy rental cars

You need to make the toll charges and any other extra charges very transparent during the booking process. Here it ended me costing an additional $130

I would have liked it if my husband was included in the rental. To pay extra for him was just not right. Next time I will check into that before booking a car. I know enterprise lets spouses drive for no extra fee.
