Very satisfied.

The staff at the Melbourne branch had a great service attitude. Knowing we were heading to the city center, they drew us a route and recommended parking spots, and also provided a map for pickup and drop-off routes. However, when we went to the branch near Hyde Park in Sydney to file an accident report, the staff there were not very friendly and kept insisting that if we had bought their insurance, we wouldn't have had so many issues.

The counter staff was very nice, and the instructions were very clear.

Very convenient pick up at night around 11:30. Very neat and tidy little car.

Very easy and fast, saved couple of dollars but I think I can save more if I book car early.
