Satisfied overall, but they suggested upgrading to a four-wheel-drive for safety in snowy weather, and it didn't snow at all during the 10-day rental.

Warm reception, impeccable service.

When we arrived at the store, they said there were no cars available. We had two options: pay extra or wait for someone to return their car. Waiting would take 4 hours, so we agreed to pay extra. They charged us an additional $100 per day, totaling $200. For just a Polestar 2, that comes to $200 per day, which is outrageous. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend renting a car from Dollar; it's really poor.

Overall good, except for being misled by GPS when returning the car, which took some time. Everything else went smoothly.
