Their so-called airport pickup involves an employee driving a large luggage van to a designated spot at the airport to meet the renter. The employee then transports the renters and their luggage to the company's location, which is several kilometers away, to complete the rental process. Returning the car works the same way in reverse. The renter first returns the car to the company location, and then the company transports the renter and their luggage back to the airport. The company personnel explained that there were some unexpected issues on October 2nd, which led to a delay, and they apologized for it.

At the company's location, the manager was very welcoming and quickly handled the payment, credit card deposit, and rental agreement. A nearly new black Mercedes SUV was brought out. After a thorough inspection and a brief conversation, confirming the tank was full and it was a diesel car, everything was OK. We then started our German road trip.
