It might be a communication issue. I didn’t request a vehicle upgrade, but they upgraded it anyway. Also, insurance was added, and I had asked for an additional driver but that wasn’t included. As a result, the final cost was higher than expected. Therefore, it’s essential to confirm everything with the representative during pickup to avoid ending up with services you didn’t ask for.

Both pick-up and drop-off were very convenient. It's close to the airport, and there's a free shuttle to the terminal.

I booked a Tucson but got a Skoda instead. Fortunately, it was a smaller car, which was better since many rural roads in the UK are single-lane and larger cars can be difficult to drive. The rental company was easy to find. We stayed in London for a few days, then went to the airport to rent the car, and finally returned it at the airport. The rental agent was very kind; he asked if we needed insurance, we said we already had it, and he didn't push us to buy theirs. Returning the car was even simpler; they just did a quick inspection.

The staff attitude was good, but they seemed inexperienced and made an error that locked one of my credit cards. We had to use another card to complete the process.
