It's a large building with a variety of car models, probably thousands of vehicles ready for rental. I arrived at night, and there were few people renting cars, so the process went smoothly. The staff checked my domestic driver's license with its accompanying translation, took a credit card deposit, and provided a ticket indicating the location of my car in the underground parking garage. After getting the ticket, I went downstairs to find the car. Before driving off, I inspected the car's exterior for scratches or damage. Most of the nearby vehicles seemed to have varying degrees of damage, but the staff assured me this wasn't an issue as they were aware of it. Nevertheless, I took photos for records to avoid potential disputes later. Overall, the car rental process was very efficient.

Unlike other companies with hidden charges, Avis offers a wide range of vehicle models. I'll choose Avis for future rentals.

The queue moved quickly, and the service was good. However, the parking lot is within the train station's parking area, which was not clearly stated.

I had a little bit of difficulty finding the correct AVIS rental desk for picking up the car, but once I got there I didn't have to wait long. The selection of cars available was good and I ended up getting a larger sized car than my booking, so was happy with that. The process from here was smooth. The car was nice, with all the features I needed. Dropping off was easy.

I never used QEEQ before so I was a little hesitant at first. I found the car I was looking for at a good price, and the choice selection was good. The whole process was smooth, and email communication was good. I will definitely use again, and can recommend QEEQ

It took a long time to take car and they don’t have toll tags. Service rep is lousiest one I ever met.
