Got a Peugeot 308 SW and was super happy with it

Returning the car was simple and quick, with professional staff inspecting the vehicle and addressing any issues according to the process, showcasing the service standard of a major company. At pick-up, I mentioned that I had already purchased full insurance, and there were no attempts to sell additional insurance throughout the rental process. Overall, an excellent car rental experience. Hertz will definitely be my first choice for future travels! Encountered a yellow warning from the vehicle's electronic system, and QEEQ's customer service provided timely support.

Hertz at Munich Airport has many customers picking up cars, but the staff is very friendly and does not aggressively upsell. They upgraded us for free to a Volvo XC90 diesel, which has plenty of space. If you only have two pieces of luggage, it can seat seven people. It comes with a built-in navigation system with both Chinese and English subtitles; the English version is more accurate and has a wider search range. The car was brand new with excellent performance, providing a superb driving experience.

There was much confusion as the final drop off location was different from the stated site. We had to call in to the help line for assistance to return the car. Booking amount was also to much discrepancies which I have yet to verify and validate.
