Due to a sudden train cancellation, we had to rent a car from Dresden to Berlin on October 6th because we needed to catch a flight back home from Berlin Airport. Although our last-minute booking was confirmed, the rental company couldn't provide a vehicle on such short notice. Realizing our predicament as a group of six, a very kind employee from the rental company helped us call and arrange for a taxi, and we finally made it to Berlin Airport.
