There were no clear signs for the JUCY Christchurch Airport shuttle bus. The staff were not very familiar with the Zuzu platform and actively promoted their own insurance. They seemed surprised by QEEQ's insurance. I checked, QEEQ's insurance seems to have a maximum payout of 8000.

When I was handling the car rental, the staff asked if I had purchased collision damage waiver insurance. I said I already had, but she responded that it wasn't from their company and suggested I buy their waiver insurance. I declined, and the company froze 2000 NZD on my credit card (but the bank notification indicated it was charged). I asked when the amount would be refunded if there were no collisions, and she said within five days after returning the car. I returned the car on April 15th without any incidents. As of today, May 8th, I still haven't received the refund, which has affected my credit limit and other credit card transactions in New Zealand.

The engine's RPM fluctuated several times, but it returned to normal after restarting. The car had driven over 150,000 kilometers, so the condition wasn't great. Driving on mountain roads in New Zealand made me worry about a breakdown. Thankfully, nothing happened; otherwise, it would have been a big problem in such remote areas!
