The service was great, especially during the car return process. They really helped us a lot; otherwise, we would have probably missed our flight.

They promised Chinese translation assistance during the reservation, but no one contacted me at the agreed time or during pickup.

The promised GLE was replaced with a GLC, and they claimed both cars are in the same class. But in reality, the price difference is huge. Strongly recommend not to trust this car rental company. (There was no option for a GLC among the available models, so I chose a Mercedes-Benz C-Class wagon)

Thrifty provided great service. The staff at the branch were enthusiastic, and after checking my driver's license and translation, the process was quick. After paying the rental fee and a 385 AUD pre-authorization on my credit card, I received the car keys. When inspecting the car, the staff noted some small scratches, which I appreciated. During the return process, the staff instructed me to drop the keys in a box without an immediate inspection, which made me a bit anxious. I took photos of the fuel gauge and the car's exterior, but there were no problems. Thrifty later confirmed via email that there were no damages. Overall, I was very satisfied with the services from both QEEQ and Thrifty, and I hope other travelers can have the same experience.

Thrifty were very busy and I had to wait about 30 minutes for the vehicle. They had upgraded me to a larger size. The vehicle had obviously been washed quickly but was presentable. Staff were friendly and advised me of the delay.
