Used before and never had any issues. Car was full of dents and scrapes. Was a very tired vehicle with over 50,000km on the clock

We waited over an hour to have a member of staff attend to us during pick up. When I finally had someone they were nice but weren’t clear on anything at all really. The car wasn’t anything like the car we were promised and it was due a service and oil change. That alone is disgraceful to allow someone to hire your car without it being up to standard. When returning the car my wife asked for help and was completely ignored. We were only trying to drop off the car so that kind of response is just not on. Poor all round.

They sold me insurance I never needed or asked for. They called it deposit but never paid the money back. I have private insurance. The affirmed They will pay the money back after dropping off the car. In front of witnesses. It’s a fraud.

Less time spent on trying to get me to upgrade insurance.

I had purchased excess insurance prior to travel, but had communication problems at the rental desk. Although I eventually realised that my credit card was scanned for insurance & fuel deposit only - I presumed I was being "charged" for these services. I was therefore reluctant to hand over my card. It would make sense to have this explained to me prior to travel or on an information sheet at the rental desk
