The elderly gentleman was nice but a bit slow. He didn't push any sales, but the car model provided was not good. Suggest checking the parking lot first.

At Orlando Airport, you can choose your own car with Alamo. However, at Vancouver Airport's Alamo, the car was pre-assigned, possibly due to the one-way rental. They gave us a Kia Sorento, which was very difficult to drive. The engine revved up to 6000 RPM during acceleration and still lacked power, much worse than a Ford EDGE. I recommend avoiding Hyundai and Kia for future rentals.
