I reserved a Kia Carnival, but initially didn't buy full insurance. The short blonde woman who assisted me had a bad attitude throughout the process. They gave me a huge Staria, which I later found to be too large, so I decided to purchase full insurance. The vehicle is very large and consumes a lot of fuel, but that's not the main issue. Being a front-wheel drive and not a 4WD, it's very heavy, and struggled to go uphill on gravel roads in Australia. It was very dangerous and slid back several times. On three occasions it got stuck, and we spent a lot of time pushing it out. Overall, the experience was not very good.

The car return experience was terrible: We weren't informed about the return parking lot address, only the front desk address. No signage or Chinese instructions for the return process. For those of us who are not very good at English, it was confusing. The staff told us to turn left at the first intersection, but it was actually the left turn at the entrance of the garage ahead. This caused a long search for the parking lot address, and we drove around the area many times due to unfamiliarity with the roads.

カウンターの担当者はとても良い方で、気持ち良く、かつ安心して手続きができました。 手際が良く、手続き自体は早かったですが、自分の番が来るまでにとても時間がかかりました。 用意してもらった車も、予約通りではなく、同クラスのものでしたが、とても良いものを用意してもらいました。

予約は簡単で、連絡も細やかな心遣いがあって、現地でも安心のできるものでした。
